Male gonadotoxicity
Male childhood, adolescent and young adult cancer survivors treated with chemotherapy, or radiotherapy, or surgery involving reproductive organs have an increased risk of impaired spermatogenesis, testosterone deficiency and/or physical sexual dysfunction. Because of this high risk survivors may benefit from surveillance.
